I was upgraded to a better room because the one I booked was unavailable.The AC worked well.The staff was very pleasant and I enjoyed a nice dinner at the famous place across the street, Lighthouse.There is a security guard and there always seems to be someone at the front desk.Locker unfortunately are out in the lobby, not the room but still seemed safe.Didn't really meet or see many other travelers, just the one in my room.
