Chilli Hostel Santiago in Oamaru, Chile

This is predominantly a party hostal, so if this is what you are looking forit fits the bill. However for older travellers it is Noisy after 10 when the disco starts next door and very noisy between 4:30am till 5:15 when the party people come home and talk loudly on the landings before going to bed. I had a single room on the top floor and it was without doubt the tiniest - and most expensive hostel room I have ever stayed in.
