The automatic shower was way too hot and the staff weren't helpful in solving the issue. The reception isn't too welcoming nor too professional in terms of behaviour, resulting in a poor atmosphere. Also, instructions to the breakfast and to using the kitchen aren't clearly explained nor displayed, leaving people kind of lost when they arrive. Tatiana, from Brazil ~ 27th May 2012

Hostel was generally clean and pleasant. It is a bit of a walk from the centre but very convenient for the airport bus. Only issue was that there were only short curtains on the windows leaving little privacy. Nicola, from Australia ~ 5th Mar 2012

The smallest room I've ever lived in, but that's OK considering the price. It wasn't the cleanest room I've been in with curry stains on the sheets and such, but again, the price is fair. The location however is tremendous, you are aprox 10-15 minutes away from Grafton Street and you have the Luas just outside your window. The staff however was not very friendly. This is an absolutely awful hostel. You couldn't pay me to stay there again. Half of the rooms aren't even at the same location. STRONGLY not recommended. Don't even get me started on the mold-infested bathrooms. Jacob, from USA ~ 29th Aug 2011
