Very nice but some kind of ventilation in the kitchen would be a big plus, as we could smell all the meals cooked there well up in our rooms. Otherewise it was really a pleasant stay and the location is simply superb. Read Owner Comments Lucie, from Czech Republic ~ 21st Nov 2009

What can I say? My stay at Clarence Castle was the best hostel experience of my life. I have stayed in a few hostels, some in the states and one other in Toronto, and this place is the best I have been to by far. Everything was excellent -- super clean, super safe, great location, great staff, great manager! In fact, this is the nicest staff I have yet to come across in a hostel... The Clarence hostel is very clean and confortable. Also, the shower is very good and the climate machines work very well. About fun, the hostel is divided in two buildings and I guess there is more fun in the principal one, where the staff stay. Selena, from Brazil ~ 27th Oct 2009
