I second the other reviewers that Condo Parque was a little hard to find, but worth the search. We were on the second floor and the room was exceptionally clean, we had an excellent wiif signal and the cable TV was good. Walter (the owner) speaks english, but the rest of the staff does not, but everyone is very friendly. Also, the location is perfect for seeing the sights and museums. We felt very safe here. I enjoyed staying here and I was very impressed with the quality of the hostel for its price. The staff is excellent and very friendly. It is just a block or so away from El Conde / Parque Independencia and is pretty conveniently located. AC + TV are included in the rooms, though hot water is limited sometimes. I also enjoyed the rooftop patio! it's a great place for BYO breakfasts. I felt quite safe staying here. Crystal, from USA ~ 1st Mar 2009
