they took our passport and left them on their reception table, an hour later when we were going out to tour around, our passport were still there unattended.we were given a room infested with bugs. I got bitten all over. and worst the owner denied he knew about it.

Dear guest, your passport was in safe, and you still have it. At the reception, you was asking for breakfast (as we mention in our Introduction: breakfast is not included) and down the price. Sorry, we can not do that, because it's not fair to other guests. You had been bitten before you came to us. Our beds and equipment can not have any bugs, they are all cleaned and washed carefully after guests check out. Furthermore, we changed you another room immediately and checked again. There is no bugs as we showed you. By the way, our room rate is fix and fair for our standard and hard work, so it can not be handled as you wished. Thank you for your booking again.

It's a nice place to stay. The rooms have a fridge, which is nice, but at least for me, not important. If you are a family or like nicer places, I would recommend it here. If you are a younger person on a budget, go somewhere else. It's a bit pricey, but very very nice. Everything is clean and the owners are friendly. They did keep our passports the entire time we were there, which I thought was a bit strange and I wasn't very comfortable with, but maybe they do that in Vietnam, not sure. This guesthouse is run by a couple who are cheerful & friendly. They provide free wi-fi, coffee and make you feel like at home. On our arrival, Mr. Anh shown us the way to all the interest places within the walking distance and where to eat the delicious food. It's very useful 4 us as we were visiting Vietnam 4 the 1st time. the couple who own the guesthouse was soo nice and friendly, they inform you about the city and people and reminds you if you forget something in the lobby ) the house was the cleanest spot ive ever seen in vietnam! rooms are super nice and quiet in a loud city! Straight up the most awesome family I've ever stayed with.They take care of you the moment you walk in and just are simply amazing.The location is awesome right next to all major attractions and in a Saigon alleyway where the city truly lives.Only downside was that our fan kept making noise but it was minor.Also dpthe dad can help you book all major tours and can tell you where the best pho is.If I ever go back to siagon, I will stay there.Guarantee you will love them as well!
