Staff helpful in organising keys for a late arrival, however by accident left us the wrong ones so had to call up (expensive on int roaming) and wait until a new key could be brought. Lovely apartment, great location and impressed that staff did try to help. eamon, from Ireland ~ 14th Sep 2009
