location:prostitution/drugs (i could see addicts setting needles in the building opposite of my room, resepsionists not fluent in english, no credit cards accepted, no lockers, no common room, even the walls are dirty in rooms, dirty toilets incl. bad locks, only cold water in shower&the drain is clogged, loose parts from the room on the floor, ripped curtains, trash in room on arrival, no bed/reading light, dead rats in the backyard along with trash&bad door-handle, +20euro for room key, no wif haakon, from Norway ~ 17th Oct 2009

Average dorm, but the location is in the middle of the red district light. One shower in the floor I stayed had only cold water, had to go to another floor and there are no lockers on the room. You can go to the station easily. You can have a nice breakfast if you pay 3.5 Euro. But this street is too loud at the night. I can not lock the window because it was broken. The staff is helpful but it is scary for the girls to stay alone. Midori, from Japan ~ 24th Sep 2009

Excellent spot and amazing value for money... More in lines of what you can expect if you spend 20 euros in Indian subcontinent. Location is convenient--two blocks from the train station--but kind of awkward: it's right in the middle of the red light district. The weakest point on this hostel may be the location... at first I didn't feel safe, b/c it is the red light district, but it was ok... I made it safely, and I am girl walking there by myself. Once I arrived, thought the man on the desk wasn't the most friendliest, the hostel is VERY nice, super clean, and comfortable.
