Embassy Inn in Florence, Vereinigte Staaten von Amerika

Lots of issues including not having our booked room, getting moved around, paying $50 to sleep on deflated air-bed, getting room with soaking wet carpet and some rude and ineffective staff. Main complaint though is that we were told they hadn't recieved our deposit (I have card statements saying they did) and were very rude about it. Told us either Hostels.com or manager had pocketed it so we had to pay twice. Am currently trying to contact manager to get our $40 back. Rachael, from England ~ 14th Oct 2011

Service was great and it was very clean.I stayed with them on a Saturday night and there were some loud people outside the building (I think maybe the hotel's next-door-neighbor) that I heard late into the night... not sure if that's how it is every night or just on the weekends.Even though I was aware of their loudness, I was quite tired and had no difficulty sleeping.Overall, I enjoyed my stay with them and would stay there again. When we arrived late night the guy at the front desk was extreamly rude. But luckyly we did not have to communicate too much. The location is superb, Washington D.C. is a very nice city. If you go by car there is a parking building nearby but it is pretty expensive. We arrived wednesday night and left on friday at 11 and had to pay 42 dollars. Be aware of that.
