We were very unlucky with Faro Guest Lounge. Although I received on request a room confirmation a week before arrival in Faro, there was no room at all free for us in the hostel. - BE AWARE THIS HOSTEL DOESN'T EXIST!- We were in Faro the address doesn't exist, we went to the touristpolice, an officer went looking for us he couldn't find it either. He had never heard about it either. The only thing that exist is their bankaccount: they take your money! Shame on Hostels.com that they don't check the addresses, company. We didn't end up in the house we'd booked. There was no lounge or what so ever. It was not very clean, but we did had the shared bathroom for ourselves. It was very cold at night, there was no central heating or an extra blanket. We didn't had the key to our own house, just to our room, so everytime we wanted to go inside we had to ask the staff to open our frontdoor. Jeroen, from Netherlands ~ 1st Dec 2008
