This is a very nice youth hostel, I enjoyed time here. Helpful stuffs work here. The receptionist was like an information centre-officer with big knowledge about city and its facilities. Location was very central to all the main tourist attractions, but the street noise from below the room was unbelievable - it was soo loud I got about 3 hours sleep the entire night. The entire place was very clean and tidy. Loved the free use of a computer. There is a kitchen, but it is not available for use by patrons, even for a cup of tea. A great place to stay, very close to sightseeing, restaurants and shopping.Everything was within walking distance.The staff was very accomodating and welcoming.We arrived about 30 minutes early and soaked and were allowed check in.Staff will hold baggage for you before or after check in/out. A very clean, safe and quaint building with lots of character.Internet is available for free.Staff provide sightseeing tips and a map. Charisse, from USA ~ 2nd May 2012

Very clean and an excellent location very seriously less than a 5 minute walk from the Uffizi, Ponte Vecchio, Palazzo Vecchio and Piazza della Signoria. EXTREMELY quiet in-house, and it's on a back street so the street-noise is minimal. Excellent for a quiet stay, bad for a rowdy one. Colin, from USA ~ 3rd Nov 2011

It was a bit difficult to find the hostel at first as there are two sets of numbers on the street. Walk down further than you'd think and you'll find it. I had a very nice stay, very friendly staff, fantastic location, and such a good deal for breakfast. Kathleen, from USA ~ 27th Aug 2011

Had a pleasent stay there for 4 days. Florence is absolutly an amazing city, and to live right in the center of it all is amazing. Also its nice that it only takes 5 minutes to the Dome and Ufizzi if you wanna get up early and queue :) Def recomend this place. Mads Rohmann, from Denmark ~ 15th Aug 2011

The staff wasn't friendly. Though we are notified of a lock out, it's not heavily advertised that between the hours of 10am to 2pm, we can't be in the hostel. They don't actually clean the rooms so I'm not sure why a four hour lock out is needed. No guest are allowed in. It's extremely loud at night. The shower was always cold and dirty.
