The hostel was far from Manhattan, takes about 40 minutes by subway, toilet/shower far from the room -not on the same floor. Some of the staff was cold. Breakfast ok, coffee discusting. Otherwise ok, cheap.

The location in Queens was after all not so bad, train no. 7 connecting directly 42 Street & Flushing in 40 minutes. And the area looked ok, with plenty of good asian restaurants nearby. The staff was always very nice and willing to help. Rooms and toilets were fine. I was in NYC for business, so haven't much of chance to appreciate it for fun, but would certainly recommend it./Alessandro Colizzi, Montreal

Hostel is situated in quiet and safe area, 40 minutes away from Manhattan by subway. Beds' covers were dirty. Walls are too thin - it was too noisy at night.

We saw a big cock roach in our room and had to kill it. It did not make sleeping that night very easy to do.

The staff was excellent and accomodating to me as I have a walking disability. It was clean, safe, and I enjoyed my stay. I would stay there again.
