I found the staff to arrogant, with very poor customer service skills! They played very loud music and partied around the front desk area until 4:30am on my last night. 2:30am was the norm. I arrived in Ushuaia a night earlier than expected, and the Hostel was full. It was 11:30pm and I had just come off 29 hours of bus rides. The guy at the front desk could not have been more rude or unhelpful...made no suggestions as to where I might be able to find a place. Hostel has great location Jill, from Scotland ~ 11th Feb 2009
