Yes it's far from airport but completely OK if you have the car. Price is very good. Has its own bar with tap beer. Excellent for a glimpse at rural Germany. Recommend! Andrejs, from Latvia ~ 20th Sep 2009

If you're flying Ryan Air air and only need to stay near the Hahn airport for one night this hostel is NOT for you. We thought it was very close to the airport, and only needed a place to sleep, but it turns out it cost 25Euro each way (to and from the airport to the guesthouse). We could have just stayed at the hotel at the airport for less money and less hassle. Otherwise, the hostel was fine, although out in the middle of nowhere. The staff was friendly and speaks English.
