Global Port Douglas in Blackpool, Australien

I only saw one staff person working at any given time, running the front desk and doing the cleaning and even working the bar at Rattle and Hum. Under those circumstances I was impressed because they still got the job done. However, it left something lacking in terms of it's ideal when a hostel has a few friendly staff who are welcoming and take the time to help create a warm atmosphere with friendliness and enthusiasm. Aside from this aspect lacking at Global, it was a nice place to stay. I re Christine, from USA ~ 3rd Nov 2011
