The service and attention I received from the staff especially Tom and Victoria was beyond my expectation.The hotel is very clean, modern and in good location.I felt at home during my stay at the hotel.The front desk receptionists (Tom and Victoria) were extremely helpfull arranging my tours and other travel needs.There was absolutely no language barrier since they both spoke English well. We stayed in Green Suites for 3 nigts. The stuff was very friendly and helped us werever they could. Location is very central. Only a one minute to walk to the backpackersdistrict in the Biu Vien Road. But in a very qiuet street. The breakfast is good as well. And you can enjoy it on the very nice terrace on the roof of the building. The price for the room is at least fair, if you think what you get for it. I would recomment this Hotel. Rooms really nice, v clean and modern, breakfast one of the best we had in Asia. Close to backpacker district but not noisy. Generally all very good, however i prob wouldn\'t use travel desk again-info re buses etc not quite right making for some stressful journeys. Hayley, from England ~ 27th Jul 2011
