You can go into the hostel if you know the number for the door, most of the time nobody will be there. Everybody who pays with credit puts his payment into a box on the left side after the door, doesnt seem very safe to me. Everybody could get your credit number, so watch out if you pay with credit. thanks so much for your feedback. all rooms have a key entry and even if someone unauthorized made it into the building (which noone ever has) they would not be able to get into the rooms. the payment box is also locked and very secure. all payment forms are shredded as soon they are entered. the extra charge was explained before hand in the payment form - credit cards charge me 4% to run a foreign card, and i pass this charge on to the guest. all guests have the choice of paying in cash or traveller's checks to avoid this fee. yes - there is a cleaning fee to keep the price less - the longer you stay, the cheaper it is. i have tried to clearly mark this all over the website and listing!!
