HI-Victoria in La Paz, Kanada

A hostel without to much character, and staff (at least the one I asked) with minimal knowledge about the Island and looking very unmotivated to help. Heard from other travelers later on that there are better alternatives... I have travelled vastly and cheaply over Asia, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, North and South America the past 2 decades. This is one of the best hostels I have ever stayed in terms of location, cleanliness, spaciousness, and helpfulness and friendliness of staff.
