The rooms were spacious, clean and the bathrooms were large and very clean. The team were very friendly and were very welcoming. The complimentary city maps were excellent for visiting oldquarter. very knowledgeable regarding halong bay tour and were not pushy about booking with them. They are highly recommended and have been one of the best hotels that we have stayed in Vietnam. We would definately stay here again!!!!!!!!! Shiey, from South Korea ~ 31st Oct 2009

The room was fine, elevator, a great location in the old quarter and especially the staffs are very friendly with good breakfast. We have never had such good service before. The hotel’s male staff met us at the train station at 5am and took me to hotel for free! Totally, it was beyond my expectation. Located in the Old Quarter, about 15-20 min walk to the Lake, Atlantic Hotel is a great choice for first timers in Hanoi. The added value is definitely the hotel staff, friendly, kind and really helpful. They will help you out with just about anything (from buying a Sim card, booking tickets to suggesting good restaurants) and their tours are well organized. The staff at this hotel do everything they can to make your stay pleasurable. whilst the hotel may not be the newest or greatest, it is clean and confortable. They are so decent and polite even thought, I didn't book Halong bay tour with them and good breakfast as well. I will come back on 5th and definitely stay here one more night. Highly recommend Andy, from Ireland ~ 5th Oct 2009

My relatives and I stayed here on our 1st trip to Hanoi. Nice location, 5 mins walks to Dong Xuan Market & Night Market. Nice food stores around the corners. Manager and staff are hospitable and all out to make our stay comfortable. Free Wifi and good connection even on 3rd flr. We went to HaLong Bay and Sa Pa Tour, set up by the hotel. NiceBreakfast @ 6th flr with good view of city.
