Was hard to get hold of them by phone on 3 different numbers, but finally did on ANOTHER number posted on door when we arrived. Room we booked was being renovated, so they gave us 2 doubles at same price. Happy with that. Not bad location-close to Coleseum and metro stop. Adam, from Australia ~ 18th Sep 2011
