the staff of this hostel were very friendly and warm. It is easy to reach REd Square and other touristic places. Rooms are clean but they need to be more careful about sheets and towels. one of the staff was the unfriendliest guy i have ever met in my life. apart from the fact that he didn't speak any english , he was very friendly at our arrival. he was sleeping in our room (in the afternoon!!!) and when we were led into the room by a guy from the staff he was very unfriendly because he felt he was disturbed!!!! that's not the way to treat guests. also, when i paid the money i didn't get any receipt.
