We were only travelling through Guatemala City. Our flight arrive late in the evening and we were happy to see someone from the hostel to pick us up. The place was comfortable, the staff was very friendly and provided some helpful advice for the rest of our trip. I would definitely stay there again. Jericho, from Canada ~ 4th Nov 2009

Good location if you come from the airport or have to go there. They provide a free minibus-shuttle service that will pick you up from the airport or drop you off there. Another plus is that the staff was overall very helpful. Arnd, from Germany ~ 6th Sep 2009

Fantastic experience. Had a 4.30am leave for airport so included transfer was great. Isobel also gotup super early to make a toastie for the road, very much appreciated! The friendliness of a hostel but standards of a hotel, booked a four bed dorm and had a beautiful twin to myself. I showeed and went to bed when I arrived so cannot comment on fun. We stayed there more for convenience to the airport than for the city itself and for security and so the location was excellent. They picked us up after we called them and had a good breakfast the next day. They arranged our shuttle for us to Antigua, too. Very nice and helpful people. Linda, from USA ~ 16th Jul 2009

This is a great place for anyone who is going to be doing a lot of traveling and plans to return to Guatemala City as it is within a few minutes from the airport. I never once worried about leaving personal belongings around the hostel and the people were kind enough to take care some of my more valuable objects.
