We had a confirmed reservation with this hostel, however when we arrived, the hostel was closed - they did not send an email to notify us. There was a note on the door to go to another hostel instead, and when we arrived, the receptionist was high on drugs. Would have been funny except that he mistakenly overcharged us for three nights.
