I don't need fancy, but the linens were NOT new, it showed NO signs of recent remodel, we had to pay for a towel, the room and bathroom were tiny and I don't think a double should have bunkbeds. Linda, from USA ~ 12th Jul 2009

The proprietor is very nice and the breakfast is delicious! Make sure to check out the upstairs area, which is a nice hangout complete with hammock. The smaller rooms are nicer and even have tvs, go for one of them over the 6-person room. Heather, from USA ~ 9th Jul 2009

Best staff we encountered on our trip! Free homemade breakfast is included every morning. Staff is very friendly and accomodating. It is only a few blocks from Parque Central so the location is fine. Only problem was that the water was freezing! Quiet time is after 10PM, so this hostel is a good place if you are looking for a quiet night and no partying. Laura, from Canada ~ 3rd Aug 2009
