First of all, this hostel's location is absolutely incredible! Located on a side street right off the Grand-Place, you really can't find any better! BUT, that's about all it has going for it. The check in has to be done in another hostel 15 minutes away, there is no staff present in the hostel, the hostel is still under construction, so the rooms and bathrooms were the only things finished, and the "free wifi" wasn't working most of the time. Location was right next to the grand place, what was really good. There was no breakfast besides coffee and tea. The rooms are very very small especially the bathrooms- so if you have more than 150kg you probably won't fit in! Another negative point was, in particular you have no mobile device for internet access, you have to do a 10 min-walk to get to the front desk, where they have computers with IA and you can store your luggage upthere. The hostel is under renovation. Wifi was accessible on the ground floor. Check-in was 15 min walk, and would be uncomfortable, but we were lucky to catch the staff at hostel. Alexandra, from Russia ~ 2nd May 2012

I think that this hostel is under construction. There is no color on any of the walls, or carpet in the hallways or floors. So its pretty drab looking. But you are really paying for the location, which is unbeatable. But the beds were clean and comfortable, the shower was warm-ish. So overall, this place is okay for a short stay. Like everyone else says, it sucks that check-in is in a different place. Other than that, they were renovating and it was all looking very, very nice. The bathrooms were very modern and clean, bed sheets were great and shower was warm. The location was insanely good, right off of the Grand Place (obviously). Most central location in Brussels but I wasn't aware of the fact that this hostel is small and crowded, with no other facilities as a coffee machine and an old computer downstairs. we were treated not so nice, had to wait outside for a long time. Was a struggle to agree to get our luggage stored, and only on arrival they told us to pick up our keys on a different location. Would not recommend this hostel. Jacques, from Netherlands ~ 26th Mar 2012
