I loved that this hostel is located right in the harbor area. It made it real easy to get out and get around all over the city and the accompanying island. An interesting layout in the hostel, but still a very excellent hostel ilya, from USA ~ 1st Feb 2012

Mr. Wang, the boss was the only staff in the hostel, yet he has been keeping the hostel well and neat. He is friendly and helpful. I’m impressed by his passion in Taiwanese culture. I'm taking this opportunity to thank him for helping me out to fix my sudden changed flight by the airline. I’d like to recommend this young gentlemen and his hostel to you. For the price, the hostel was fine to for a couple of nights. I loved how the MRT was only 2 blocks away! If I gotta be picky, there was some kinda smell at the female dorm and small harmless bugs~~ Read Owner Comments Ka Man, from Canada ~ 19th Sep 2011

Excellent location- close to the ferry, subway station quiet, clean, and the hostel owner TC was a great help, even personally took me over to 2 different clinics when I needed medical care. Would definitely go back here again! :) Erica, from USA ~ 4th Sep 2011

It is a very good hostel, and the receptionist speaks excellent English. He is also very helpful. The hostel is just 3 minutes away from Sizihwan KMRT station, so it's very convenient, close to the ferry and to the British Consulate building as well. I would recommend staying here, the price is reasonable. We stayed in the double bed room with private bathroom, which was clean and very nice, except that the ceiling was leaking in one place.
