During our 10 months trip this is the only time we had BEDBUGS. I got bitten 15 times, the staff didn't care about it, then even asked me if I hadn't bring them from elsewhere. So I had the worst night ever, I didn't sleep at all, had no help or discount from the staff and had to have all my clothes wached. Alexis, from France ~ 23rd Jan 2012
