The owner, Mr Stefano, is very friendly. He gives you tips on where to eat e.g.Da Michele where Julia Roberts ate in Eat. Pray, Love. and how to get to places. Location is a bit dodgy, took some time to find to find it in some back alley. Advice to future travelers just take the corner of Hotel Una and walk straight till you see Hostel Mancini sign and buzz in. Security is good inside. Other than the dodgy location, it is really close to a supermarket MD which is good, and to the train st Jane, from Singapore ~ 11th May 2012

Stayed in the low season, the guy running the place was AMAZING. Called the restaurant to make sure it was open, shared a bottle of wine, had free Internet available. Made sure everything I needed was taken care of. The rooms were clean and comfortable as well. Shoshana, from USA ~ 22nd Dec 2011

Great location near the central train station and centro storico. Good shopping possibilities around the hostel (clothes, shoes, super market on ground floor). Pizzeria da Michele 3 minutes away on foot. Very clean hostel indeed. Great TV room.Very friendly owner who give great advice on sights (told me of Museo Capella San Severino, Cuma, Bahia, Cimitero delle Fontanelle and more which were all important sights).
