The showers were really bad, some days bathrooms were really dirty. They charge you for EVERYTHING - everything you can imagine. The staff was nice though. Inna, from Russia ~ 25th May 2012

We met some great people and the staff was very friendly/helpful.However, I don\\\\\\\'t think I would return.Room was so freezing I had to wear a coat to sleep cause the blanket was so thin. Worst bed I’ve ever slept on (can feel each spring).Can’t have food in room (40 euro fee!). Charge extra to pay by card. No towels. Only 2 bathrooms. No 24/hour reception, can’t check in early or leave bag, nobody there between 11am and 3pm. So many hostels in Prague with better features for s Naomi, from USA ~ 4th Jan 2012

We booked this hostel but then it appeared that they had some problem and there was no room for us, so they had to give us back reservation fee. We had to go there or book another room in the hostel, cause they said that they can\\\'t make a transfer for us. When we get there thet kept us for 10 minutes trying to get in and asking constantly: Where are you from? After 10minutes they finally open us the door and gave back the fee.
