Mauro gave a great reception. these people are working hard in a busy hostel. sorrry to have say this but there were bedbugs in the second room I stayed in. as soon as I told Pablo he moved me to a clean room and there were no more problems. what a great location and good for people who like to party as it is not a quiet place. clayton, from Canada ~ 14th Nov 2009

Ended up booking additional nights to stay here. Maria on reception is legendary and helped us with all sorts of queries and re-bookings. Although if staying in the ensuite dble across teh road there is a strange elderly lady who may or may not work there who hangs around outside your door...very smiley so probably not dangerous!! this is a very good hostel and part of the staff responsible for the clean maintenance is very kind. But I have some sugestions: more bathroons in each floor, you should have padlocks to sell or rent, and you should have liquid soap and paper towells in all the bathroons.
