We arrived at 1 in the morning after a flight and the front desk agent had us talking to him THROUGH the fence because he wouldn't let us in. After confirming that we had a reservation, he let us in only to find out we had made a mistake (wrong arrival date). He started YELLING and LECTURING us saying that it was our fault and that we wasted his time. After arive they told us we have breakfest included. At the morning another member of staff said that are not included. He needed additional euros. I do not mind to pay additional euros, but if somebody is lying to you, it is not good. I would not come here anymore. (Sure I hade breakfest outsided for half) All the rest was quite good. Don't go there. It's noisy, dirty and hard to find. We had a leak in the toilet that caused a terrible noise all night. The man in reception was rude and said our breakfest wasn't included though it was. Highly not recommended. Noa, from Israel ~ 10th Sep 2011

Near the subway center of Termini, it's the best location ever to travel in Rome but there are no atmosphere or places to exchange with other people. At least there were air conditioning so the hot temperature was easier to accept ! Vincent, from Canada ~ 28th Aug 2011

Our room was really nice. We stayed in a 4 person ensuite and the decor was great. The AC didn't work too well, but it was definitely better than nothing. The location is very convenient being right by the Termini station. It's also close to some very good restaurants. The front desk person wasn't overly helpful, but that didn't detract too much from our stay. Overall, I thought it was a great place to stay. Edward, from USA ~ 8th Aug 2011

Farid was a great receptionist and was very helpful.He tolerated a lot of my email communications, and I think that helped us work well together when we arrived.A/C was decent (others said it sucked) but the room was consistantly around 72 F.Refrigerator barely worked, but worked much better once we pulled the top of the cabinet forward to allow the rear to breathe.Sink water had low pressure but we did not mention it.Shower head required tightening.For the money and convenience, we were pretty Stephen, from USA ~ 1st Aug 2011
