Booked online - they chose to yell out the door to find out who I was instead of walking the 10 steps to the fence. When I entered, they didn't have my reservation, offered a room that was more than double the price I'd reserved at, and then said that if I didn't have an actual print-out of my reservation they didn't have to honor it. They "found" a cheaper room after some arguing, but still more than their posted rate on this website. They were trying to force me into paying more thinking that Cole, from USA ~ 5th Sep 2011
