The room was very minimally furnished with 2 twin beds and a table & 2 chairs & a frig.Absolutely no bedside table between the beds and no reading lamp.The overhead light switch was by the door as you entered so would have to get out of bed after reading to turn the light out.The curtains were very ill fitting and with the sea breeze coming in the window at night there was little privacy with the curtain billowing out.The shower stall had nowhere to put a bar of soap or shampoo bottle. Es un hotel bien situado, a dos cuadras de la playa, tranquilo, con buen ambiente. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias, bien cuidado. El staff es muy amable, dan todo tipo de facilidades. Me ha parecido buena relacion calidad-precio. Altamente recomendado! Lara, from Spain ~ 29th Feb 2012

Staff were great. Very helpful. Rooms were cute, nicely decorated and private rooms had extras like a fridge and tv with cable. Area is quite close to 5th Ave and buses but also enough away from all that with locals and supermarkets. I booked 3 nights in a dorms but the lady (forgot the name) at the reception was so kind to accommodate me in a twin room with kitchenette just for myself. Nothing fancy here but the place was clean and shower and tv working fine.To me was just the perfect location, 3 min walk from the 5th av and very close to a walmart store. The lady was also incredibly helpful during my entire stay.Overall a good choice if you are on budget and you are looking for a quite place in Playa del Carmen Andrea, from Italy ~ 31st Oct 2011

Booked on line, when i arrived later than planned no probles, the staff very friendly and helpful, the room was very clean and got cleaned every day. Good location 5 mins walk to the beach and tourist area and 2 mins to most dive shops. lots of restaurants and minimarts/food shops very close. Had a good time and met some nice people, will definately recomend to my friends and anyone else looking for good cheap accommodation in Playa. :-D Martin, from England ~ 16th Oct 2011
