Staff we're very helpful. Arranged a last minute rafting trip for us which was really fun. They also prepared a yummy tipco dinner for us. However the place is a bit run down and the security was very basic. Area has very little to offer if you dont want to doan activity. chloe, from Wales ~ 17th Apr 2012
