A ce prix on ne demande rien de plus: pour 55 euros on est logé pour deux en plein centre ville, douche dans la chambre, lit correct, chauffage de bonne qualité, pas trop de bruit... juste la douche un peu limite niveau entretien et matériel, mais sinon RAS, même conseillé pour les "petits budgets". This hostel was in the best possible postion for us was we were in town to see the Xmas markets and this was very central. The rooms were very clean and very spacious and included an ensuite which was a welcome extra which we were not charged for. Most importantly the Lady whom worked there was very polite and helpful and made our stay very comfortable. The resident cat \'Master\' was very cute too... Carlos, from New Zealand ~ 10th Jan 2012

The room was a little smelly (it seemed like you could smoke indoors, an ashtray was lying around). The surrounding is extremely noisy, we could hardly sleep with open windows because of the nearby bars. However you are centrally located, restaurants, metro station and tourist attractions like the old marketplace are all within walking distance. Good price performance ratio. Hostel Francois is close to everything, yet quiet, and had very clean accomodations. We paid an extra 10 euros and got a private bath and bedroom,(and not as many stairs), for a very reasonable price. Although the cat, Francois, is no longer there..they have a very big new cat with lots of personality angela, from USA ~ 23rd Aug 2011
