Hotel Guanacaste in Other Costa Rica, Costa Rica

The staff is great. Nothing very modern perhaps perfect for students who want to travel at low cost. We even stayed two two more nights. The water was always cold, yes the sink for washing your hands-cold, and the shower was especially cold. The door and the walls had cracks in them where bugs and lizards came in the room constantly. And there was a huge crack in the middle of the door where people could look in the room at you I had to tape that up. The maid stole some of my things and threw any my own personal soaps and body wash. The staff won't let me use the phone to make local calls even when the pay phone was not workin

I regret very much what you write, but I never received any complaints on their part in the ten nights you stay at our hotel, if you had commented me what was happening, I would have done something to improve your stay at our hotel. Also you never told me that the waitress had been stolen a few things, if you had told me that immediately solve the problem. It is a shame that you make these comments so far on this site and did not tell me while he was staying.
