Very close to the central train station, which is great. But the hotel is quite away from the city attractions and the area looks a bit scary at night. The location was very close to the railway station and Metro which was what we wanted but one needs to catch the Metro to get to the sites which was really easy. The staff were not very friendly. Every time we asked for anything we felt we were imposingon them.No smiles from any of them.Pity. One needs a friendly face when one is traveling. Lily, from New Zealand ~ 19th Aug 2011

The hotel was great. Very convenient to main train station(5 min walk) and was perfect for us as we were only there for a 1 night stopover. The price was great for what we got and it included a decent breakfast. Location was also good for getting to some of the main attractions Milano has to offer was only about a 20 minute walk to the old town. Staff was very friendly. Ted, from Canada ~ 28th Jun 2011
