There is a good ambiance and the hotel and it's very well located. The room was pretty bug but poorly furnished and not as clean as it could have been. No hot water in the shower but I think that's pretty much the same in all hosteles in Chili. Pierre Olivier, from Canada ~ 3rd Jan 2012
