Das Hostel ist sehr schön ruhig gelegen mit toller Terasse und nettem Personal. Leider hatten wir einige Schwierigkeiten mit der Bettenverteilung und mussten 2 mal umziehen. Ellen, from Germany ~ 17th Jun 2009

Simon, from Germany ~ 7th Jun 2009

the INOUT hostel, is awesome. located slightly outside of barcelona, but this doesn't matter as train tickets are very cheap and it only takes 10mins to get into the city center. Hostel is very cheap, but also very clean, and the staff are super friendly 100% rating!!! Michael, from Australia ~ 19th Nov 2009

Fantastic hostel. The reception was very helpful, especially when my bank card was stolen in Barcelona city center (not at the hostel.) The breakfast is good. There are croissants, bread, cereal, fruit, yogart, and a selection of herbal teas, hot chocolate, and coffee. Better than most hostels. Great when you consider the price. Loved this hostel. My favorite by far. In the hillsides just outside the city, but accessible on ferrocarriles. http://www.fgc.net/eng/index.asp. These are kind of like a small commuter rail. The price is 1.35 each way (Zone 1) unless you buy the T-10 pass for 7.70 which will allow you ten trips on the metro and ferrorcarills in Barcelona. Look for the blue signs with white zigzags. Note: In Placa de Catalunya you have to exit the metro (but can stay underground) to get to the ferrocarriles. Andrea, from USA ~ 8th Nov 2009

Great, and cheap place! It's really close to train station, and it's about 15min to go by train, to center of Barcelona! Breakfast is included, atmosphere is really nice and calm. Lukasz, from Poland ~ 17th Sep 2009

great hostel with great atmosphere, wonderful location and top quality facilities. only problem was the location, because while i did say it was a great location (with regards to the wonderful view), it was also bad in that it was up a mountain and especially when you´re carrying large backpacks, it is tiring and strenuous Daniel, from Australia ~ 31st Jul 2009

Besides being a 50 euro cab ride from the airport and a literal climb up a mountain, which we could have dealt with, this hostel was dirty and disgusting. You have to rent sheets, 2 euros each, rent towels which we declined because the showers and bathrooms were so repulsive. The bathroom in our room was unusable, it smelled like mildew and sewage, so we used the more public bathroom to shower and brush our teeth. I do NOT recommend this place at all. Breakfast is pointless here als jane, from USA ~ 5th Jul 2009

Apart from the mild trepidation at reading "5,000 steps up the mountain"... the "hike" was invigorating, lol. Staff and facilities were great, as was meeting the other guests... including the neighboring wildlife (wild boar) that came around at night. Nigel, from USA ~ 9th Jul 2009
