Kabul Backpackers Hostel in Barcelona, Spain

Great location and activities provided by the hostel. Staff was friendly. Whether or not sheets were changed in between guests was questionable. Also, did not properly inform guests about dangers of specific areas (for pickpocketing etc.) when giving recommendations on local bars. Erica, from USA ~ 15th Nov 2009

DIRTY bathrooms, decent rooms (uncomfortable but to be expected), LOUD all night, and a decent, multi-lingual staff. If you want to sleep at all, please don't stay here. If you want to party all night and base your vacation around Barcelona's nightlife (of course experienced with a group of other tourists staying in the same hostel), then this is the place for you. I thought this hostel was a bit like an 18-30's hotel, most guests we're more interested in "getting laid" than having a laugh, shame because the Hostel was really nice and in a great location! altough the customers are nice and the day shift hostel is ok, the night shift dont like to work there, specially with brazilians. They also invite the guests to parties that they are interested in (making money) so usually kabul parties sucks!!!! Juan, from Brazil ~ 10th Oct 2009

This is a party hostel. Lockers resemble safes more than lockers. The rooms without windows get extremely hot at night. Great location. Staff not very friendly or efficient. william, from USA ~ 12th Oct 2009
