bad hotel they transfered us to another hotel in a small street they have sol our rooms to the other people i don't recommend this hotel to anyone in the middle of the night we have to walk around to get to another hotel tjandra, from Indonesia ~ 11th Jul 2011

Staff does not know, what is doing, some of them don't speak English. They put you into room and then tell you that this is not your room and you must move. No security lockers. Far from city center. One of guest had all his stuff stolen the same day I were there. Staff will lie to you about taxi to airport, because they want to sell their airport transfer. Going by taxi is for half the price! "Kim's Place" was fantastic.The staff was very gracious, helpful, and friendly.My room was large, clean, and had a desktop computer with free wireless Internet.In addition, the price included free laundry service and a healthy breakfast every morning.Highly recommended!
