Leonardo House in Florence, Italy

The room apparently had an acceptable cleanliness. After the first night, we woke up with lots of lice bites. When we carefully inspected the matress, it was full of them. We had 150+ bites each. Surely they can do better with keeping clean the room. Eduardo, from Mexico ~ 15th Jun 2009

The apartment we stayed in was located 2-3 blocks from the Leonardo House address. The person on duty offered to pick us up from the train station, which was a nice gesture, and the apartment itself had wireless internet. Overall, a good experience. Ryan, from USA ~ 13th Jun 2009

Lugar muy agradable, centrico, cerca de la terminal Santa Maria Nouvella, la principal de Florencia, el personal es amable e informativo, el lugar limpio impecable y segura la zona por donde esta ubicado puedes llegar caminando a todos lados o tomar algun camion o tren en la estacion....
