worst hostel ever. zero amenities! the owner charged a 20chf deposit just to use an adapter and if you want to use the internet you have to find him so he can log it on himself, and if he isn't there, you're just screwed. i guess he's afraid he might lose 2 cents. there was only one toilet and one shower for each floor and no forks or spoons in the tiny kitchen. do not stay here! skip lucerne and go to interlaken!! maria, from USA ~ 12th Sep 2009

Fine location and facilities - ok kitchen and great patio areas. The only complaint would be with their internet. They have a computer to use and you have to pay, but they have no way of tracking who has paid and how long you have been on. So, we paid one person at the desk, but then the next person had no idea we had paid so tried to get us off the computer - it all worked out, but very confusing!!
