The staff was rude and not helpful at all. Our shuttle to the airport was 1 hour late. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. No kitchens to cook your own food. No free dinner as promised. The hostel seemed to be very nice, although I only stayed there for one night. There were very different people from families to groups of older and younger people as well as those travelling alone which made the place very interesting. It offered a bar, pool and computers. The dorm I was supposed to stay in should have been for 20 people, but actually the dorm were several rooms with about 4 beds each which I really liked. Daniela, from Germany ~ 12th Jan 2012

my bed had bugs and fleas in it. I got bitten by a flea and have been bites all over my body. The staff on duty the first night I was there were EXTREMELY rude. Worst hostel that I have ever stayed in! Varusha, from South Africa ~ 3rd Jan 2012

The location is good and price is considerable. However, staffs always look tired, frustrated and not willing to help. Also, it was hard to get shuttle from LAX because they has only one small white van and there are so many shuttles in LAX.So confusing. TAKETO, from USA ~ 9th Jan 2012

The free Breakfast and Dinner could be improved At a discounted rate instead of free and give the same daily for free of charge. stop giving champagne vouchers since most of the tourist on tour baggage come back late.and never use this . giving Coffee free for 24Hours is excellence. It is more a cheap motel than a hostel. There is no possibility to cook your own food. As a backpacker you want to save money by making or warming up your own food. The rooms are nice and complete. Only the lamps which turn of every 10 minutes is very annoying, when you sit a whole evening on your bed computing / watching tv and out of reach of the switch.
