AC didn't work but they were very nice about it and gave us a discount. Very helpful staff. Showing it's age a little but a decent option. Maybe a little overpriced, there are other places in the area with more for your money.

Midst of the shopping district and a min away from Sinh Cafe. Pretty clean and complete with basic amenities. they have CABLE TV as a plus point. =)
