Manhattan Inn Hostel in New York City, United States

location is great, staff is not friendly. here is your key, pay the money and see ya. I asked what things should I visit., answer just walk around. breakfast was good. but nothing to do in the hostel itself. some big insects in bathroom...... just go there for the location and spend time in the nice city! All around, it's a pretty somewhat okay, decent place to stay. However, the street it's on can be very loud, so it can be difficult to sleep with all the honking, etc.. The bunk beds are also very flimsy. Every time you shift your place in bed, it shakes the other person around, and vice versa. This SUCKS! But everything else is good. Although the room was very clean, on my last night there I got up late at night to use the restroom, and there was a HUGE cockroach on the shower floor... HUGE :((.

We are sorry to hear that. Extermination is done monthly to avoid that kind of problems. Thank you for staying with us.
