It is run extremely well, safe, well-located and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful. it looks nice but doesn't have great character or atmosphere. However, it is a great place to stay. sam, from England ~ 4th Feb 2012

This is one of the best guesthouse that i've stayed in India. The hosts were really friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, bathrooms are clean. The hot shower is really powerful. Mewargarh Palace is a wonderful place to stay, as it is set back from the street in a quiet alleyway and provides great respite from the bustling streets.The rooms are spotlessly clean, and keep cool even in the summer heat.The hostel offers free wi-fi and has warm showers as well, two things that are not easily come across in Indian budget hostelling.Not only that, but the staff are so welcoming and friendly, and will really go out of their way to make sure that you have a pleasant stay.The ban Read Owner Comments Lauren, from USA ~ 24th Jul 2011
