We arrived and they told us that they have a problem with our room and we cannot stay there.they gave us Money for the taxi and send us to another hotel where they said they have booked a room for us. At this hotel nobody knows about that reservation so we didn't had a stay for the night... We were lucky that we had a friend near Miami where we stayed the night. Torben, from Germany ~ 4th Apr 2011

I really enjoyed my stay there, the price for what you get is more than fair. The food was ok and you get it free, in case you don´t like it there are many places around to go, a 7 eleven is real close also shopping stores and the beach! Everything was perfectv(the food, the location, the room, the cleanliness, the staff very nice, music all day long in the hall, the limo-bus to go to the clubs...) the only drawback was that the electical plugs in the rooms didn't work at all!!! and there was no plugs in the bathroom. lisa, from France ~ 2nd Feb 2012

The rooms were cleaned daily and the staff was friendly and treated me like I was in a 5 star hotel. I was curious to see if they really provided free linen, breakfast, lunch and dinner. They do all at no extra cost! I would definitely recommned this hostel Tiffany, from USA ~ 31st Jan 2012

If you want a quiet place, this would not be it. If you want to party, it looked good. There are organized clubbing excursions every night for $15. I'm fairly noise-tolerant, which was lucky, because there's alot of loud music til all hours here, but that's part of what South Beach offers. The food is very basic I had to supplement with fruits and veggies from 7/11, a block away. The dinners were actually pretty good!
