This is not a hostel or hotel, it´s just an apartment whose rooms/beds are rented for guests. Run by an Egyptian family. If there´s any problem they will treat guests very badly. We arrived 1 hour before check-in time and they literally kicked us out of the common area. We overheard problems with other guests too. Zero manners, let alone hospitality. Location very far from downtown, but close to the Metro at least. Room and sheets were clean. Common bathroom, only one for everybody Gaston, from Argentina ~ 4th May 2012

I stayed many days in Hostel Emmy due to my work. Even if this hostel is not in Downtown Milan, it's really close to the subway which very convenient. Managers are really nice and helpful. They give you a free breakfast every morning. Overall, this hostel is very clean and quiet. A good and cheap adress to stay in Milan. Romain, from France ~ 18th Dec 2011

NO STAY! NO STAY ! NO STAY! This is not a hostel (no comum area, no kitchen, no place for leaving your luggage). The staff in the evening (blond women) is very unpolite. Very very poor breakfast (actually this is not a breakfast at all). We booked a 3 bedroom and they put us in a 5 bedroom with a doublebed in the midle of the room(this is was the worst). You have to change 2 metro line from central station, but the hostel is close to metro station , just 5 - 10 mins walk, so , it should be considerate as conveninent, it have a big supermarket foe about 5 mins walk. it's very easy for the metro line 1(red) to reach. the best part is it's just in the mid of two supermarket. so if you worried the breakfast's quaility, you can got nice breakfast nearby by a little money. the most intersting is, the bathroom basin is just in the room! yes, not a bathroom. so if you travel alone, you dare not to take bath before other strangers. but ofcourse there is also a big public bathroom on the corride. hailu, from China ~ 6th Oct 2011
