Unfortunately the conditions and facilities offered by this hostel are quite poor. The room did not look good and the smell inside the room made us keep the windows open all day. The sheets were clean, but the blankets not. The bathroom was not in a very good shape either, due to the low quality of materials they used. moreover the bathroom was practically built inside the room. The place was located near the train station - which was very nice! The area was small anyway, so everything was walkable. The staff were great, I had spoke with them a lot, they were really great and helpful when we needed something (also, showing us sites around on the map). we think that you can do a best work with the things that you have. FOr instance, you can fix your shower curtains. In our room, that was very short as a consequence the floor was wet after a shower. This hostel is about a 10-minute walk from the train station. My friend and I stayed in a private room for 2 nights and had no complaints. The staff was helpful, and everything was pretty clean. Really nice hostel - a little away from Firenze town centre so it was quiet and relaxed. The room/bathroom was clean (although the toilet flush didn't work very well) but not equipped with a safety box for valuables. the staff are friendly but avoid the italian owner , he has very hate attitude toward customers , his wife and other people were very friendly but when I had to solve a small issue with him , he was screaming and getting mad at me. it was not just at me, because later I saw him showing the hate attitude to other customers.
